Job Description
- Minimum 4 years in SAP C4C with at least one C4C Service Implementation and one C4C Support project
- Experienced on C4C Service (mandatory) C4C - ECC Integration (mandatory) C4C Sales (Good to have)
- Must be an expert on SAP Cloud Good debugging skills in SDK Good knowledge on different types of events in C4C for data modification and validation
- Good to have HTML knowledge Good to have ABAP debugging skills for SAP Systems Good knowledge of creating Custom Data Sources, Batch jobs in C4C Good understanding of Masters like Accounts & Contacts, Products, Installed Base, Employees, etc.
- Understand Service and Sales processes: Sales Quote, Sales Order, Service Contract, and Service Ticket;
- Activities and Messaging Expert on Data Workbench tool of C4CApplication Studio with C4C Enhancement experience Well versed with Screen-based navigation - Object-based navigation and Thing based navigation
- Good expertise on Mash-ups Expert in ODATA-based integration Experience on custom integration with SAP or non-SAP systems Good knowledge of Custom Business Object
- Should have development experience using SAP C4C SDK (Software Development Kit).
- Experience with SAP C4C UI Designing using Cloud Studio
- Should be capable of translating Business Requirements to proposed SAP C4C solutions remaining close to standard functionality as possible.
- Must be able to write code/customize the standard SAP application as needed.
- Must have hands-on experience with C4C sales/services Integration.
- Good understanding of the C4C functional/objects model to address questions from CRM and Integration technical teams
- Experience in SAP C4C UI Designing using Cloud Studio Translate Business Requirements to proposed SAP C4C solutions remaining close to standard functionality as possible. Provide technical support / Level 2 troubleshooting and the ability to work on new enhancements.
- Must be able to write code/customize the standard SAP application as needed. Experience in Hands-on experience in generating standard Print Forms and custom print Forms.
- Have hands-on experience with C4C Services Integration.
- Good understanding of C4C functional/objects model to address questions from CRM and Integration technical teams Provide Best Practices and propose solutions on SAP C4C
