Key Responsibilities & Skills
- Extensive experience delivering quality solutions across the software development lifecycle (SDLC) from requirements to deployment.
- Deep knowledge and hands-on expertise with Guidewire Policy Center and Billing Center.
- Ability to identify and manage specific engineering, design, and testing standards in compliance with IT governance and architectural standards.
- Strong grasp of coding and engineering best practices.
- Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines and associated best practices.
- Experience in line management using coaching and mentoring techniques.
- Expertise in Scrum development practices and tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.
- Comprehensive knowledge of full-stack technologies, including technical analysis, UI design, integrations, cloud engineering, testing, and deployment.
- Proven track record of managing and empowering Agile Teams.
